Unfortunately, once an order is processed or confirmed as shipped, we are unable to make any amendments, including adding promotional offers, shop credits, or switching products. If you realize there was a mistake with your order and it has not been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can cancel the current order, and you can place a new one with the correct items, promotions, or payment methods. For concerns about promotions such as free gifts that should have been included with your purchase, reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue, although the shipping confirmation email may not display these additions.
