Can you mark the package as a gift or lower the value?Updated a year ago

The value of a package cannot be lowered or marked as a gift. The package does need to be labeled to reflect the contents included in the order. We are unable to modify the label in any way.

Any import fees applied to the package are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must pay the requested fees to retrieve the package from their postal office or customs department.
