We hope you enjoy every Sigma product you purchase! However, if you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you have received, we will be happy to process a refund or an exchange for you.
- With the exception of 3DHD™ Blender, returns received within 59 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Returns received within 60-90 days from the original transaction date will be processed as a store credit or exchange. Any returns received after 90 days will be returned to the sender.
- 3DHD Blender is eligible for return or exchange if return package is postmarked within 14 days of original order date. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be returned to sender.
- Original shipping and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. If you would like for Sigma Beauty to provide you with a return shipping label, we are able to do so by sending you an invoice to cover the return shipping costs. After the invoice is paid, you will be emailed with a printable label for your package. Sigma must be notified prior to receiving the return if you wish to be provided with a label. No refunds will be issued after a return is received.
- Please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Sigma is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.
- When returning orders in full, free gifts must also be returned. No refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.
- Gift recipients may return items for an exchange or store credit when original order number is provided.
- We reserve the right to deny a return request if excessive returns history is indicative of wardrobing.
- Free gifts are not eligible for exchange.

- We offer domestic return shipping coverage via Redo. If you purchase coverage at checkout, you'll receive a free return or exchange label inside our portal. If you did not purchase Redo, you'll be prompted to purchase a return label inside the return portal.

Please Note: Items purchased on SigmaBeauty.com must be returned via the return portal only. Returns cannot be hand-delivered to our office. Only items purchased on SigmaBeauty.com will be accepted. Sigma reserves the right to deny a return if the item is deemed as counterfeit. Counterfeit items are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to sender. Sigma accepts returns for gently used products and has the right to deny a return or exchange at any time.
