If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund. To expedite the process, please provide the order number in your request. Once an order has been cancelled and refunded, please allow a specific date range, which will be provided by our customer service representative, for your refund to fully process. If the order has already been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse the package upon delivery, and once it is returned unopened to us, a full refund will be issued.
