How do I return an item and can I get a return shipping label?

Thank you for reaching out with your return inquiry! We are currently in the process of switching to a new website, and as a result, our online return form has been temporarily disabled. However, you can still return your item(s) by following these steps:

1. Pack the item(s) securely in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit. It's important to retain the tracking number for your records.

3. Include inside your package a piece of paper with the following information: your order number, your full name, and the resolution you are requesting (for example, a refund or exchange).

Please note that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you prefer to use a Sigma Beauty return shipping label, we can provide one for you. To do so, we will send you an invoice to cover the cost of return shipping. This service is only available for addresses within the domestic United States. Once the invoice is paid, we will email you a printable return shipping label. If you would like to proceed with this option, please inform us so we can arrange for the invoice to be sent.
