My order was never received, I got a replacement, can I return for a refund?Updated 14 days ago

Sigma beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and delayed orders. Resends are at Sigma's discretion. If you received a replacement order, it is not eligible to be returned/refunded back for a refund. Store credit can be issued as resolution. Sigma Beauty reserves the right to deny any resend.
