My shipping address isn't being accepted at checkout. How can I proceed?Updated 8 months ago
If you are within the US and you are receiving an error message regarding shipping, please add the shipping address to your customer account by following these steps:
Log in > Account Dashboard > Manage Addresses > Add New Address
Please note:
- We are unable to provide shipping options for China orders with an order total over $144.99 USD. This is a country customs limit and is out of our control.
- We do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
