Sigma takes allegations of counterfeit and infringing products seriously and encourages others to report suspicious activities.

If you would like to report counterfeits or other infringing products, please email [email protected]. In order to investigate these matters to fullest extent, please include the following in your email:

• Name of the seller or website where the products are being offered
• If the products are at a physical store, please include the store’s name and address
• The products and quantities being offered
• Information about the trademark in question
• If you believe that you received unauthentic products, please email [email protected], including a picture of the product received along with the above information within the email
