What happens if I receive confirmation/credit for one order but not another when returning items?Updated 21 days ago
In case you have returned multiple orders but have received confirmation or credit for only one, please contact us with the details including tracking number and order numbers. If there was an error on your part such as an incorrect order number written, don’t worry, as long as the item has your name and address, our returns department can process your return successfully. If you haven’t yet received confirmation for one of the orders, reach out to us and we will ensure that the return is processed and that you're issued the credit you're due.
