What if I haven't received my refund?Updated a month ago

If you have not received your refund after cancelling an order, please get in touch with our customer service team. It's important to note that refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. So, if your order was paid for with a Mastercard ending in 3479, for example, that is where the refund will be processed. Refunds may take some time to be fully processed, so we ask for your patience during the specified date range given by our representative. This is typically 2-3 business days. If a significant amount of time has passed beyond the given date range without a refund, please contact us for further assistance.
