All Sigma Beauty orders are hand picked, packaged, and shipped. All individual items are scanned, and weighted to ensure overall weight matches items listed/purchased. If you received your order and an item is missing, our customer service team is here to help. Please let us know about the missing item, provide a photo of everything your received, including shipping label and we will absolutely further investigate situation, and provide you a resolution. Please note if you are unable to provide information requested, we are unable to further assist you.
