We hope you enjoy your new 3DHD™ Blender! However, if you are unsatisfied, the 3DHD™ Blender is eligible for return or exchange.
- Return package must be postmarked within 14 days of order date for refund or exchange. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be returned to sender.
- Original shipping and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Sigma is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.
- When returning orders in full, free gifts must also be returned. No refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.
- Gift recipients may return items for an exchange or store credit when original order number is provided.
- Free gifts are not eligible for exchange.

Please Note: Items purchased on SigmaBeauty.com must be returned via shipping carrier only. Returns cannot be hand-delivered to our office and cannot be returned to our Mall of America boutique. Only items purchased on SigmaBeauty.com will be accepted. All products purchased through the Sigma retail store at the Mall of America will not be processed and the package will be returned to the sender. Sigma reserves the right to deny a return if the item is deemed as counterfeit. Counterfeit items are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to sender. Sigma accepts returns for gently used products and has the right to deny a return or exchange at any time.
