Submit a Claim

  • Fill out the warranty claim form below.
    • Must provide image of defective product.
    • Must provide your order number and/or email used and/or retailer receipt to place order to help our team streamline your replacement
  • A Sigma Beauty representative will contact you via email about the status of your request within 3-5 business days. Normal office hours are as follows:
    • Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
  • If accepted, we will ship your replacement.
    • You will not have to pay shipping and handling fees; Sigma will cover those costs.

Please note: We reserve the right to request an item to be returned to our office for further inspection before proceeding with a replacement.
