I submitted an incorrect shipping address. What can I do?

It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review all information before submitting an order. We are unable to modify orders once they have been accepted into our system. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier once your tracking number is active and has been scanned in at a facility, to request an address change.

Please note: If your package is delivered to the shipping address that was provided in your order, we are unable to resend the items. We recommend you attempt to retrieve the package from the individual who accepted your package.
