Why is my order not in my customer account order history?

Please note, orders in Review status will not appear in your customer account order history. Orders in Review are currently pending manual review by our Order Management team. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted via email. If payment verification is not required, your order status will update to Processing and you will receive an order confirmation.
