Review: Your order is currently pending manual review by our Order Management team. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted via email. If payment verification is not required, your order status will update to Processing and you will receive an order confirmation.

On-Hold: For your protection and security, your order requires verification before being processed. Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders for an email with the subject line ‘ACTION NEEDED’ for further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that Sigma reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. 

Processing: Once an order has been accepted and the payment has been collected and verified, our fulfillment center will accept and begin processing the order almost immediately. If your order status shows as "Processing" this means our fulfillment center has received your order and will ship it as soon as possible. Please note, orders in this status cannot be cancelled or modified.

Completed: The status Completed indicates the package has been shipped. It does not confirm delivery. Please check your inbox, spam and junk folder for your shipment notification.
