My shipping address isn't being accepted at checkout. How can I proceed?

If you are within the US and you are receiving an error message regarding field names required, shipping address, or unable to view any shipping methods, please add the shipping address to your customer account by following these steps:

Log in > Account Dashboard > Manage Addresses > Add New Address

Please note:

  • We are unable to provide shipping options for China orders with an order total over $144.99 USD. This is a country customs limit and is out of our control.
  • We do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
