Custom fees and duties are determined by the destination country and are out of the control of our store. As such, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees incurred upon delivery. For most Canadian orders, the fees are paid at checkout. If you receive a request for payment of these fees from the courier and do not wish to pay them, you have the option to refuse the package. The package will then be returned to us, and we will provide you with a full refund once it arrives back.
